Calendar Sync

A personal calendar synchronization utility maintained by Alexander Reeves.

Calendar Sync is a personal utility for synchronizing a selected iCloud calendar with an editable copy in Google Calendar. It runs on my own Mac using vdirsyncer, an open-source calendar synchronization tool.

The original iCloud calendar and its existing sharing remain in place. Once configured, the utility copies new events, updates and deletions between the two selected calendars. Synchronization runs periodically while the Mac is awake and connected to the internet.

Calendar access

Google authorization lets the utility discover calendars and read, create, update and delete events for synchronization. The configured calendar pair determines which calendars are synchronized. iCloud access uses an Apple app-specific password.

This is for my personal use. This website provides information about the utility; it does not offer account registration, calendar access or a hosted synchronization service.
